Our company is actively expanding in the Ukrainian and American markets and is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to strengthen our image and presence.
Responsibilities: Development of marketing strategies:
- Creation of comprehensive advertising campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness in the United States.
- Analyzing the competitive environment and market trends to develop strategic initiatives.
- Identification of key messages that reflect the company's values and meet the needs of the American audience.
Content management:
- Writing and editing press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
- Developing and implementing a content plan focused on the target audience.
- Preparation of materials for external communications, including newsletters and brochures.
Media relations:
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with media representatives, journalists and influencers.
- Organizing interviews, press conferences and media events to raise brand awareness.
- Preparing media kits, presentations and other materials to represent the company.
Organizing events:
- Planning and coordinating marketing events, including product launches, conferences and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful events.
- Maintaining event budgets and evaluating their effectiveness after completion.
Monitoring and analytics:
- Tracking media coverage and analyzing the results of advertising campaigns.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including ROI (return on investment) analysis.
- Recommendations for improving strategies based on the data obtained.
Crisis communications:
- Developing crisis action plans and managing the company's reputation.
- Preparation of official statements and information materials in response to requests from the media and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the legal team to ensure correct communications during crises.
Requirements: Education:
- University degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on the US market.
- Experience working with large brands or international companies will be an advantage.
- Having successful case studies of marketing campaigns you have implemented will be a big advantage.
Communication skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency, writing).
- Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and formats, taking into account cultural sensitivities.
Technical skills:
- Experience with analytical tools.
- Knowledge of social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Creativity and strategic thinking:
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches to PR campaigns.
- Strategic planning thinking and ability to predict results.
Organization:
- Ability to multitask, ability to manage projects independently.
- High responsibility, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
