Interaction with customers is the most important part of any business. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager, who will be involved in maintaining relations with important customers for the company.

Duties:

Sales development of dealers assigned to the manager: development of competencies of partner managers, joint presentations and work with dealers' customers, analysis of partner sales and development of proposals for their promotion.
Expanding the partner base, finding new dealers, concluding contracts and establishing cooperation.
Full support of transactions: from invoicing to receipt of documents and closing mutual settlements with buyers.
Control of mutual settlements with partners, monitoring of compliance with partnership conditions and accrual of partner bonuses.
Participation in marketing activities for the promotion of the EcoFlow brand: participation in conferences, seminars, exhibitions, organization of field demos, etc.
Administration of your sales funnel in Bitrix.
Coordination of customer requests, regarding the provision of service, etc. - with relevant departments to provide quality service.
Sales planning by assortment and customers.
Participation in the development of proposals to improve the work of the department and the sales department as a whole.
Building personal effective communications between divisions.
Requirements:

Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position.
Willingness to work with innovative technologies, willingness to learn new products and trends.
Experience of signing contracts with national operators and/or trading companies that are important in their segments.
Knowledge of sales techniques and process, working with objections, conducting negotiations, understanding sales principles.
The ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the result.
Focus on results, proactivity, search for new work methods.
Be able to quickly adapt to changes, be flexible.
Confident PC user. MS Office, 1C, CRM, Google Workspace.
