Interaction with customers is the most important part of any business. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for maintaining relationships with important customers for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of sales of dealers assigned to the manager: development of competencies in partner managers, joint presentations and work with dealers' clients, analytics of partner sales and development of proposals for their improvement.
  • Expanding the partner base, searching for new dealers, concluding contracts and establishing cooperation.
  • Full support of transactions: from invoicing to receiving documents and closing settlements with customers.
  • Control of mutual settlements with partners, monitoring compliance with partnership terms and conditions, and accrual of partner bonuses.
  • Participation in marketing activities to promote the EcoFlow brand: participation in conferences, seminars, exhibitions, organization of on-site demo shows, etc.

Requirements:

  • Work experience from 2 years in a similar position.
  • Willingness to work with innovative technologies, willingness to learn new products and directions.
  • Experience in signing contracts with national operators and/or significant trading companies in their segments.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and processes, objections handling, negotiation, understanding of sales principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for results.
  • Focus on results, proactivity, search for new methods of work.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes, be flexible.
  • Confident user of PC, MS Office, 1C, CRM, Google Workspace.
