Due to the expansion of activities that meet the current challenges in Ukraine, the DroneUA team is looking for a Head of PowerOcean Energy Systems Sales, who will be responsible for strategic planning, formation and development of their department, as well as communication with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Formation of the development strategy for the division.

• Building and managing a team of sales managers.

• Implementation of a systematic policy on relations with partner companies and establishment of new partnerships.

• Participation in the development of advertising campaigns, presentations and marketing events.

• Maintaining reporting on the results of work.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience of 2 years in the field of alternative (renewable) energy.

• Ability to build and develop sales teams.

• Focus on accurate calculations and KPIs.
