Due to the incredible relevance and growing needs of our industry, we invite a Technical Support Specialist L1 to join our team 

What you will need to do: 

  • Fixing and processing requests from users by phone and service desk system.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of software problems.
  • Installation and configuration of MS Windows, Ubuntu (basic setup).
  • Maintenance of PCs and office equipment. 
  • Manage user accounts. 

Our expectations:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar position.
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems at the administrator level.
  • Understanding of networking principles: NAT, DHCP, DNS. 
  • Understanding of the work of mail protocols POP3, IMAP, SMTP, etc. 
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server, AD, DNS, Terminal Services. 
  • Experience in laying SCS, crimping patch cords. 
  • Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of PC hardware, networking technologies for small offices. 
  • Ability to remotely identify and fix PC problems.
  • Punctuality. 
  • Ability and desire to learn.
