Duties:

Consultative customer support - incoming and outgoing calls.
Requirements:

Work experience in a contact center/call center from 0.5 years.
Have an interest in innovative technologies, engineering, robotics.
Be ready to understand technical issues related to the product.
Have a good memory, quickly learn new things.
Be able to establish contact and find a common language with each client.
Do not be afraid of multitasking and an intense pace of work.
Own a PC at the level of a confident user, have a high typing speed.
Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Not to be afraid of stressful situations and to be able to solve any issues calmly and quickly.
